Medical records requests are not considered to be an emergency and should be requested during routine office appointments or by calling our office during regular business hours. You will need to sign a release form. We strive to send out medical records within 48 hours of receipt of request.
One of our physicians in our established call group is on call, after hours, daily for minor emergencies only. Refills are not considered an emergency. We also have weekend hours by appointment only for minor emergencies.
